Keysight/Agilent N9020A MXA Signal Analyzer
The Keysight/Agilent N9020A MXA Signal Analyzer is a premium solution that is directed towards speeding up wireless devices for 5G, Wi-Fi 6/6E, and other, next-generation wireless technologies signal analysis of complex RF environments and manufacturing qualification of the development. It is supported by a frequency range of 10 Hz to 26.5 GHz with internal preamp support up to 26.5 GHz. It is provided to analyze signals up to 160 MHz to support the complete characterization of the 5G, Wi-Fi 6/6E, and other, next-generation wireless technologies’ broadband signals. It is supported by real-time analysis with software updates that include a 100% opportunity for transient signals to support infrequently interfering interference or dynamic spectral-sharing applications with a duration of 3.57 µs.
Integrated into the X-Series platform, the N9020A combines hardware flexibility with software flexibility to support the emerging needs of wireless formats, generations, and device types. With a 114 dBc/Hz offset phase noise at 10 kHz, +0.23 dB absolute amplitude accuracy, and +20 dBm third-order intercept (TOI), the gadget easily analyzes signal integrity. With the preamp included, the device supplies a +166 dBm DANL (displayed average noise level), boosting the sensitivity of detecting low-level signal levels. Dynamic range performance is represented by the following measurements of the ACLR with noise correction: -78 dB W-CDMA
The N9020A includes more than 25 measurement applications covering cellular communications, wireless connectivity, digital video, and general-purpose analysis. It includes Keysight’s 89600 VSA software to provide end-to-end modulation analysis of 75+ signal formats with MATLAB support to allow processing of user-programmed algorithms to automate measurements. PowerSuite standard software facilitates the measurement of one-touch measurements of power while the quick sweep & real-time monitor functions (with the Option B40, DP2, or MPB) improve throughput in the production environment. Automation interfaces include LXI Class C conformance, SCPI, IVI-COM, USB 2.0, GPIB, and 1Gb LAN to accommodate installed base test systems. The Intel Core i7 processor and the operating environment of Windows 7 provide smooth software interaction and multitasking. The 25 MHz analysis bandwidth, 2 GB record memory, bypass of the microwave preselector, and solid-state storage are the preconfigurable elements to accommodate variability in a suite of tests. Versatile by their very nature, the N9020A bridges the need between manufacturing and R&D with scalable performance to serve as a key device of choice among the wireless technologies that have materialized to date.
